2025 Cancellation Policy
Please Note: this policy also encompasses no call no show clients, clients rescheduling appointments without proper notice, and individuals more than 7 minutes late to their salon appointment.
Should you have the need to cancel your salon appointment with me at Lock By BJ and Co., I request that you give me 24 hours (or more) in advance so I can offer that time slot to someone else.

First Cancellation
With the first cancellation, no worries. Take a breath. I understand life happens. This is the one and only “grace” period. We will reschedule when appropriate, and I hope the best for the circumstances.
Second Cancellation
If a second cancellation occurs, that means I will take collateral to ensure the client will show up to his/ her second appointment. I will take 50% of the client’s approximate total and hold it. This money will go towards the appointment cost, however if the individual does not show up or cancels less than 24 hours before, the money will not be reimbursed.


Third Cancellation
After a third cancellation, I will take 100% of the approximate appointment cost that will go towards scheduled services. Should the client not appear or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the money will not be reimbursed.
